So, what do all those points mean anyway?
When you sign up for the Sapphire Reserve you will be offered 50,000 bonus points after you spend a certain amount of money. Those points can then be used for a variety of redemptions: gift cards, cash, travel, etc. My favorite is the travel redemption. One of the perks of the Sapphire Reserve is all the points you earn will be multiplied 1.5X when you redeem for travel rewards. This means those 50,000 points can redeemed for $750 worth of travel, including flights and hotels for your vacations. And who doesn't like extra money to spend on vacations?

Explaining the Perks of the Sapphire Reserve.
$300 Annual Travel CreditThis is a travel credit you get once per year that you are a card holder. Any purchase that you make that counts towards travel on your card automatically gets credited. For example: Let's say you buy a plane ticket for $250. Your Sapphire Reserve will reimburse you the $250 up to $300 per year.
3X Points on Travel and Dining Expenses.On every purchase you make that counts for travel or dining (like a plane ticket or dining out (even fast food!)) you will earn 3 points per dollar.
1.5X Point Redemption on Travel.When you redeem your points for travel your points are worth 1.5X more if you are a Sapphire Reserve cardholder. So those 50,000 bonus points you get are worth $750 (1.5 cents per point).
